Finds the product, however it is typed
Plurals, missing accents, brand names, “under £30” — it understands how customers actually write, in English and in Greek, and shows the products as cards with photo, price and stock.
Where is my order?
Order number and email, both, every time. It reads the real status from Shopify — paid, packed, shipped — and links the tracking and the order status page.
Your answers, word for word
Set up to six quick questions. Write the answer once and the assistant gives exactly that — no AI, no credits, no surprises.
AI that does not make things up
Anything else goes to the AI, which only uses your products and the shipping, returns and payment details you gave it. If it does not know, it says so.

Shopify questions
How am I billed?
Through Shopify, on your normal Shopify invoice, in US dollars. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from inside the app at any time.
Will it slow my store down?
No. It is a theme app embed that loads after your page, and only the small chat button appears until a customer opens it.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes — with every Online Store 2.0 theme, including Dawn and the free Shopify themes. You turn it on and off from the theme editor, no code involved.
What customer data do you keep?
As little as possible. Conversations are anonymous, we never store customer profiles, and when you uninstall, Shopify tells us to delete your shop’s data — and we do.
What happens when the AI credits run out?
Product search, order tracking and your quick answers keep working — they never use credits. Only the free-form AI replies pause until next month. No overage charges, ever.
Which languages?
English and Greek, and it replies in the language the customer writes in.
